Business Development Director - Pharmaceutical & Medical Devices

Role Overview

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Business Development Director to focus on building our Pharmaceutical & Medical Devices sector. This is a key role in our growth and is reflected in both the remuneration and opportunities for growth outlined below. The role will be based in London and focus on the UK and European markets, but international work will likely form part of the job.

What You Will Do

Identifying ideal customers, and actively pursuing conversations and meetings with key decision makers in those companies, leveraging our proven playbook the ‘Attensi way of Selling’. Prospecting, generating leads and increasing awareness and knowledge about Attensi in the professional services space through attending industry events and exhibitions, hosting webinars etc.

Requirements

• BSc degree or higher
• Client facing Pharmaceutical/medical devices sales background and / or experience in strategic roles within those organisations e.g. Product Manager
• Experience building strong and trusting relationships with prospects and clients alike to become a trusted partner at both a professional and personal level
• At least 5+ years' work experience
• Experience in establishing relationships with CxOs and Directors of large corporations
