Senior Technical Business Analyst

Atturra is seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Business Analyst with extensive Azure cloud migration experience to support a Federal Government engagement. The role involves evaluating end-user business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and working with delivery teams to design and implement fit-for-purpose solutions across cloud, integration, and legacy environments.

Requirements

• 7+ years' experience as a Senior Technical Business Analyst / Systems Analyst delivering complex ICT programs in Federal Government environments
• Extensive experience delivering Azure migration outcomes (re-host/re-platform where applicable)
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end build and release lifecycle, including SDLC/Agile delivery, environment promotion (DEV/TEST/UAT/PROD), DevOps ways of working, CI/CD pipelines, and change/release management controls
