Atwell, LLC is a consulting, engineering, and construction services company seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to support their Interconnection group. The role will involve leading and supporting interconnection and power system studies for utility-scale renewable and high-voltage projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
- Strong experience supporting interconnection studies and power systems analysis
- Experience with tools such as PSSE, PSCAD, PSLF, ASPEN, PowerWorld, ETAP, SKM, CYME, EMTP, or similar
- Familiarity with ISO/RTO processes such as ERCOT, MISO, or SPP is a plus
- Understanding of applicable standards such as NERC PRC/MOD, IEEE 2800, and IEEE 1547
- PE license is a plus, but not required for the right candidate
