Technical Lead

Role Overview

As a Technical Lead at Aubrant Digital, you will own the technical success of complex technology customer engagements that combine modern application engineering with AI-accelerated capabilities. You will lead architecture and engineering decisions across services, data, and AI workloads, set engineering standards for the team, and partner with Aubrant's solution architects and client stakeholders to translate domain requirements into production-ready designs.

What You Will Do

You will write production code, lead architecture review, and mentor engineers across discovery, build, and rollout phases. You will also drive technical decisions and document them as ADRs, lead architecture review boards, and resolve cross-team design dependencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of professional engineering experience with at least 3 years in a technical lead or staff engineer capacity on multi-team delivery
• Expert-level proficiency in Azure architecture
• Expert-level proficiency leading complex software delivery
• Strong proficiency in.NET (C#) and Python
• Hands-on experience with Medallion data architecture
• Experience leading CI/CD with Azure DevOps, IaC (Terraform/Bicep), and trunk-based development with quality gates
• Proven experience working in financial services, professional services, or other regulated environments with strict audit and compliance requirements
