Sr. Product Manager

Auction.com is seeking a Sr. Product Manager to co-lead strategy, development, and optimization of consumer-facing digital experiences. The role involves driving engagement, accelerating buyer demand, and improving customer funnel performance across the marketplace.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally in a high-growth B2C or consumer tech environment
• Proven success leading customer-facing product initiatives focused on engagement, acquisition, or retention
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to make product decisions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with growth loops, funnel design, and behavioral experimentation
• Familiarity with Agile processes and modern product development practices
