The ideal candidate will work creatively, analytically, and performance-oriented at the same time, combining creative, performance thinking, and user psychology in their daily work.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in the performance, growth, or creative field with clear result responsibility
- Strong understanding of storytelling and user psychology with a view to impact and conversion
- Experience with creative testing and hypothesis work along relevant KPIs
- Very good feeling for video as a means of expectation and decision-making steering
- Hands-on mentality, structured working method, and joy in building things
- Very good knowledge of German (native language) as well as good English knowledge
