Role Overview

We are seeking a Financial Analyst to lead budgeting and financial oversight, driving financial visibility and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate combines strong financial acumen, operational insight, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

What You Will Do

Conduct monthly budget reviews, perform variance analysis, maintain budget files, and prepare financial and budget reviews for senior leadership. Perform financial analysis for company initiatives, support tax management, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting or related field
• 2-5 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or related roles
• Strong financial modeling, budgeting, and variance analysis experience
• Knowledge of tax compliance and regulatory requirements
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Advanced Excel and financial reporting tools proficiency
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills
