Performs administrative duties as an administrative assistant at a community clinic, under the supervision of the Office Manager. Initiates implementation of processes and serves as a liaison between patients, staff, and physicians.
Requirements
- High school education or equivalent required
- One year general office support experience required
- Basic understanding of general office routines and procedures
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel
- Proficient with computers and keyboarding
- Effective customer service and relationship building skills
- Ability to work with multi-line phone and computer systems accurately
- Ability to transcribe documents
- Proficient listening, verbal and written communication skills
