Role Overview

As part of the management team, the Chief Financial Officer is responsible for the overall financial management of the project-oriented business environment. Together with the existing management, you will develop and implement a comprehensive value enhancement concept.

What You Will Do

Result-oriented overall financial management of the group of companies, leadership of all financial functions, ensuring a precise and transparent accounting system, sustainable result and cash management, and group-wide standardization of financial processes.

• Several years of overall financial responsibility in a decentralized organized group of companies
• Professional experience in corporate consulting/accounting
• Experience in M&A transactions and exits
• Funded expertise in HGB closures, financing, and working capital management
• Experience in integrating newly acquired companies
• Entrepreneurially shaped thinking and acting
• Implementation strength and cost awareness
• Sovereign in project management and result presentations
• Excellent communication skills and leadership quality
• Ability to oversee the big picture and hands-on things in detail
• Personal maturity to professionally communicate and negotiate with auditors and external partners
• Competent in handling common tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and familiar with ERP and accounting systems
• Negotiation-secure German and English knowledge
