Investment Analyst

Role Overview

As a member of the Mid-Market Investment Team, you will support the team with high personal responsibility in the acquisition and sale of companies in all phases of the M&A process, as well as in the development of the exit strategy of portfolio companies.

What You Will Do

Conduct due diligence activities, create company valuations and transaction structures, develop operational development concepts, support financing strategies and refinancing, prepare contract negotiations, and support exit processes.

Requirements

• Completed commercial studies or comparable training
• Relevant internships or up to one year of professional experience in the field of corporate consulting, transaction services or M&A/investment banking
• Analytical thinking and result-oriented action
• High level of responsibility and developed team skills
• Fluent German and English language skills
• Very good MS-Office skills (especially Excel)
