Job description
Play a pivotal role in driving performance, enabling operational excellence, and supporting the growth of portfolio companies under management. Collaborate with the existing management team and the WaterRise team to develop and execute comprehensive transformation and restructuring plans.
Lead project management office, manage key value drivers, and lead cross-functional teams. Develop and execute transformation and restructuring plans to maximize long-term value of portfolio companies.
Make a significant impact within the private equity sector, with substantial exposure to the board of directors and the opportunity to work on complex, high-impact transactions.
