Vice President, Tax

Vice President, Tax at Authentic Brands Group: responsible for supporting the EVP of Tax in the oversight and execution of the company’s global tax compliance, financial tax reporting, and transactional tax support for mergers and acquisitions.

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in relevant field
• CPA certification
• Minimum 10 years industry experience in tax
• Strong technical tax skills in mergers and acquisitions
• Significant technical tax skills in Subchapter K
• ASC 740 or overseeing the tax provision for a company
• Up C or public company experience
• Big 4 Experience preferable
