Role Overview

The Principal role at Authority Partners involves leading solutioning, delivery, and people leadership across multiple dimensions. You will lead solutioning, delivery, and people leadership, and be accountable for delivering outcomes to clients. The role operates across three dimensions: solutioning, delivery leadership, and people leadership.

What You Will Do

As a Principal Engineer, you will own the full hiring and onboarding experience for new consultants, conduct regular check-ins with direct reports, run performance evaluations, and identify promotion-ready talent. You will also lead technical execution, manage project teams, and drive continuous improvement in delivery methodology.
