Sales Project Manager - Planning & Performance Team

We are looking for a Sales Project Manager to join our Planning & Performance Team at AUTO1 Group, Europe's leading digital automotive platform. The ideal candidate will have experience in Management Consulting, Sales Strategy & Operations or a fast-paced international scale-up environment. Key responsibilities include driving sales initiatives, identifying sales trends, and delivering insights to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Drive sales initiatives tightly aligned to market realities and group targets;
• Identify, quantify, and act on sales trends and performance gaps using rigorous market and data analysis
• Own sales forecasting and reporting end-to-end: targets, dealers, tools, and clear accountability for results
• Deliver concise, decision-ready insights to stakeholders; escalate blockers and push corrective actions fast
• Work cross-functionally (Sales, Finance, BI, Marketing)
