Invoice Accounting Coordinator (m/f/x)

We are looking for an Invoice Accounting Coordinator (m/f/x) to join our Purchasing team in Chișinău (Moldova). The role involves controlling stock based on invoices, creating mismatch reports, and establishing good relations with suppliers. Requirements include a degree in Accounting/Finance, knowledge of ERP/WMS systems, and fluent Russian and intermediate English skills.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting/Finance and first professional experience
• Knowledge of ERP/WMS systems and MS Office
• High level of analytical thinking
• Detail-oriented, the ability to find mistakes and provide the best solutions
• Conscientiousness, effectiveness and reliability
• Independent, structured and transparent style of working
• Fluent Russian and intermediate English skills
