Join AutoFair Automotive Group as a Service Advisor and help customers with their vehicle needs. The role involves overseeing service orders, providing excellent customer service, and working with the service department to ensure prompt and effective service.
Responsibilities include overseeing service orders, taking ownership of customer experiences, providing concierge support, and maintaining customer happiness scores. You will also assist in diagnosing vehicle problems, order parts and tools, and oversee administration of warranty claims.
