Technical Support Engineer

Automation Anywhere is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join its team in Vadodara, India. The successful candidate will respond to customer inquiries, perform technical troubleshooting, and work with ticketing tools and SLA governed environments.

Requirements

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone or email
• Perform technical troubleshooting and debug issues
• Escalate issues when required
• Record and document problem-solving processes
• Analyze situations and make use of debug utilities
• Identify and learn software features
• Test fixes and BETA versions of software
• Develop FAQ and Knowledge Base articles
