Job description
As an AI Product Lead, you will serve as the Pod Lead for a cross-functional AI team, owning the journey from problem framing through adoption and value realization. This role blends product leadership, AI fluency, and executive-level client engagement.
Own end-to-end accountability for AI use cases, translate ambiguous business problems into well-scoped use cases, define and manage value hypotheses, KPIs, and adoption plans, and serve as the single point of accountability for outcomes delivered by the AI Pod.
You will have the opportunity to lead cross-functional teams, work with enterprise or regulated clients, and design AI solutions that balance business value, risk, and adoption readiness.
