Instrumentation Supervisor

AV Group NB Inc. is recruiting for an Instrumentation Supervisor to provide service and support for all operations departments. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervision of unionized instrumentation trades, coordination of job tasks, and ensuring quality workmanship completed in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Industrial Control Technology Diploma; Instrumentation Technology Diploma; or Industrial Instrumentation Certificate of qualification
• 5 Years' experience in a similar role
• 5 Year's field experience as an Industrial Instrumentation Mechanic
• Strong Leadership and Troubleshooting skills
• Proficient at configuring, calibrating and testing industrial instruments and valves
• Strong knowledge of PLC and DCS control system infrastructure
• Experience leading in a Unionized environment
• Ability to work with competing demands, multi-priorities
• Knowledge of low to medium voltage power systems, UPS and VFD's considered an asset
