Member Experience Advocate - Universal - Birmingham East Region| Full-Time

We are looking for a Member Experience Advocate to serve as a full-service liaison between members and the Credit Union. The ideal candidate will be energetic, driven, and service-oriented, with excellent written and verbal skills. In this role, you will provide needs-based solutions to members, perform transactions, open accounts, resolve issues, originate loans, and manage the lobby.

Requirements

• One to three years of retail banking experience
• Sales quota experience or sales management experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to use online computer systems, organize transactions, and accurately manage large sums of money
• Excellent written and verbal skills, positive attitude, pleasant demeanor, decisiveness, and professionalism
