Member Experience Advocate - Universal - Birmingham West Region| Full-Time

We are looking for a Member Experience Advocate to serve as a full-service liaison between members and the Credit Union, providing needs-based solutions, performing transactions, and managing the lobby. The role involves cultivating member relationships, using retail strategies, and explaining financial products to members.

Requirements

• One to three years of retail banking experience
• Sales quota experience or sales management experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus
