Mortgage Loan Officer - Birmingham Area | Full-Time

We're looking for a motivated Mortgage Loan Officer to join our team and help borrowers find the perfect mortgage solution. As a Mortgage Loan Officer, you will originate, acquire, and market high-quality residential loans, build and grow a strong network of referral partners, and deliver exceptional member service.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience as a Mortgage Loan Originator with proven external sales experience
• Strong ability to build and maintain high-quality referral networks
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Solid understanding of agency and investor guidelines
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with the team
• Education: A college degree is preferred but not required
