Business Development Manager QLD

This role is responsible for delivering company retention and growth targets across Queensland, and involves developing and maintaining a prospect pipeline, building awareness in target markets, and nurturing leads to achieve sales targets.

Requirements

• Tertiary degree (desirable)
• FSR Tier 1 or 2 accreditation (or willing to attain as part of employment)
• Developing sales experience and record of success preferably in a medical environment
• Membership services experience, ideally in a medical indemnity / insurance environment
• Communication management experience, ideally in a pharmaceutical, professional or financial services environment
• Strong relationship building and negotiation skills
• Technical Business Development skills
• Ability to think strategically and analytically
• Understanding of the medical industry or insurance sector market ideal
• Product knowledge
• Experience in trade marketing and direct sales.
