Requirements

• Experience in healthcare (e.g. nursing, practice management, risk advisory, or safety & quality)
• Strong understanding of healthcare safety and quality principles
• Ability to proactively engage with doctors and practices to identify risks and provide practical insights
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong relationship-building and influencing capability
• Confidence using systems and technology to manage your work
• A tertiary qualification in a health-related field (desirable)
• Interest in healthcare legislation and guidelines (desirable)
