Job Description
Seeking a highly organized and proactive Event Coordinator to support a multi-day event taking place May 3–6, 2026. This role requires both advance planning support and on-site leadership during the event.
Requirements
- Prior experience in event coordination, production, or event management required
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and vendor management abilities
- Ability to lead off-site activations independently
- Comfortable working flexible hours leading up to and during the event
