
Job description
The Quality Technician is responsible for improving awareness of Quality, Environment, and Safety (QSE) among all employees across the different production departments. The role supports the development of the Q&E system and ensures compliance with agreements, standards, and procedures at all levels and workstations.
Daily tasks include quality control at each workstation, checking baths and making corrections, and reporting to colleagues and the Quality Department Manager. Weekly tasks include checking wastewater discharge, calibrating smooth line measuring benches, and verifying the quality of finished products.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of quality control processes and inspection methods, analytical and reporting skills, and attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
