GTM Engineer, Sales

We’re looking for a GTM Engineer to architect and scale our partnerships channel. You should be equally comfortable commanding a room in a consultative sales process and diving into code to automate the motion you just ran.

Requirements

• Be the technical lead driving adoption and operational wins across our entire partnership ecosystem
• Build and maintain workflows, automations, internal tools, and AI-assisted systems that improve the scalability and reliability of Aven’s GTM engine
• Implement AI-assisted outbound campaigns that use account research, data enrichment, and personalized sequences to turn cold leads into closed deals
• Identify recurring bottlenecks, failure points, and manual work across the partner funnel, then replace them with durable, system-level solutions
• Create the documentation, enablement materials, and executive-facing decks that make Aven’s value proposition clear, compelling, and easy to adopt
