We are seeking Application Support Engineers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn and apply new technology. The role involves providing Level 1 and Level 2 Support to existing clients, working closely with the R&D Team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and communicating efficiently with customers and the Internal R&D team.
Requirements
- Diploma in Information Technology/Computer Science/Computer Engineering
- 1-5 years experience in IT Industry managing large-scale applications support
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly energetic, motivated team player
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
