AvePoint is seeking a Partner Development Manager to recruit, convert, and enable prospective MSP’s and VAR partners. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, building partner relationships, and other elements of the presales cycle leading to transaction and sell through to the partners customer base.
Requirements
- 4+ years previous partner management experience in the SaaS hemisphere, ideally with focus on MSPs
- 3+ years of previous solution sales experience
- BA/BS in Business, Marketing, Communications, or similar relevant field
- Proven track record of exceeding business development, partner recruitment, and revenue generation targets.
- Expertise in end-to-end partner enablement and go-to-market execution.
- Strong ability to create and present quantified business cases with partners, building mutually beneficial and sustainable relationships.
- Effective multitasking and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage competing demands seamlessly.
- Exceptional communication and listening skills to articulate company vision, product changes, and adapting to new strategies - must be business fluent in German & English
- Ability to execute in an environment where priorities change quickly, demonstrating agility, adaptability, and problem solving skills
