Job Description
We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator to support the configuration, maintenance, and improvement of our Salesforce platform for enterprise and government clients. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, configure the Salesforce environment accordingly, and ensure the platform effectively supports business operations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201) certification required
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud)
- Experience creating workflows, validation rules, process builder flows, and automation tools
- Ability to create meaningful reports and dashboards for various business functions
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience supporting end-user training, adoption, and platform governance
- Familiarity with data management tools such as Data Loader or Data Import Wizard
- Understanding of platform security and sharing models
