AvePoint is seeking a Senior Partner Development Manager to expand the partner ecosystem and amplify growth through Managed Service Providers (MSPs). The ideal candidate will lead high-level partner strategy, recruit new MSPs, and foster existing relationships to unlock new revenue channels.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in partner development, sales, or strategic business development, ideally with a focus on MSPs or SaaS
- Proven track record of exceeding business development, partner recruitment, and revenue generation targets
- Expertise in end-to-end partner enablement and go-to-market execution
- Skilled in cross-functional collaboration to drive joint success in sales and services deals
- Strong ability to create and present quantified business cases with partners, building mutually beneficial and sustainable relationships
- Demonstrated ability to build executive relationships within the partner ecosystem, with a focus on growth and partner advocacy
- Exceptional communication skills, active listening, and empathy toward partner perspectives and needs
- Effective multitasking and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage competing demands seamlessly
