Avero is seeking an Account Manager to manage customer relationships, represent the company, and work across cross-functional areas to deliver world-class customer service and solutions. The role requires domestic and international travel and 2+ years of experience in sales/account management roles, preferably in the hospitality SaaS company industry.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales/account management roles, preferably in the hospitality SaaS company industry.
- Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry, vertical specialization a plus (Hotels, Restaurants, and Casinos).
- The ability to sell an app and tech-based platform.
- Able to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively and have the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
- Excellent listening and presentation skills with experience presenting to C-Level and technology leaders.
- Demonstrated performance in meeting and exceeding sales quotas in a SaaS environment.
- In-depth knowledge of the Avero platform and Salesforce/CRM a plus.
- Ability to travel both domestic and internationally.
- Ability to actively listen and manage conflict resolution.
