
Job description
As a Lead Development Representative, you will identify, develop, and qualify business for AVEVA's Direct Sales team. You will be responsible for following up with Inbound leads and maintaining an Outbound book of business. The role requires good understanding of outbound strategies, skills to prospect, and an understanding of go-to-market strategy.
You will work to develop and qualify new Opportunities for AVEVA Sales, leverage prospecting tools, CRM, Social selling, and automation tools to engage and convert Leads into Opportunities, and meet and strive to exceed personal KPI's.
This role requires initiative-taking, natural hunting skills, and a positive and outgoing personality. You will be part of a collaborative and authentic leadership team that provides autonomy and support.
