Senior Manager, Workplace Experience

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Workplace Experience to lead our Americas Workplace Experience team and develop physical and digital workplace strategies that future-proof our talent and enhance the ability of our colleagues to do their best work.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive corporate experience and leadership roles managing workplaces
• Experience programming and space design, corporate real estate lease management, workplace sustainability, health and safety, project/change management
• Strong relationship builder and consensus driver at all levels within a global organization
• Ability to lead and manage a large geographically dispersed team, often remotely
• Results-driven, with effective execution
