Job Description
We are looking for an HR Talent to possess both people management and recruiting skills and report directly to the Chief Financial Officer. The HR Talent will serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner on team planning, recruiting, performance management, career development, leadership coaching, organizational design, employee relations, and compensation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Human Resources Generalist and/or Human Resources Business Partner experience
- At least 4-6 years of full-lifecycle experience recruiting engineers
- At least 2 years hiring Software Engineers, Site Reliability Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists, or Product Designers
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or a related field
- Familiarity with navigating HRIS, and Microsoft 365 and Teams
