Job description
The Lead Maintenance Technician oversees maintenance operations, ensuring a safe and well-maintained environment for residents, staff, and visitors. This role leads maintenance staff, coordinates repairs, and ensures compliance with safety standards and company policies.
Perform preventive and routine maintenance, manage equipment repair and troubleshooting, and ensure safety and functionality of property facilities and equipment.
This role requires strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and experience in equipment maintenance and preventive maintenance.
