Requirements
- Strong knowledge of GSuite and/or Microsoft 365
- Experience in IT support (L1/L2 or similar role)
- Experience working with a ticketing system and maintaining SLA commitments
- Familiarity with Okta and MDM tools (Intune, Jamf) is a plus
- Good communication skills and the ability to communicate in simple terms
- A willing, problem-solving mindset and a passion for helping others
- A team player mindset with strong team spirit and a collaborative approach
- A proactive, enthusiastic, and eager-to-learn mindset
- Capability to work in German and English
