Develop a comprehensive monetization strategy for Immowelt, a prominent digital real estate platform in Germany, and contribute to the development of the platform's pricing architecture. Work closely with stakeholders to create a profitable, scalable, and sustainable pricing strategy that maximizes value creation, protects customer value, and minimizes customer churn.
Requirements
- More than 5 years of experience in pricing strategy, monetization, or revenue strategy in classifieds portals, marketplaces, SaaS, or subscription models.
- In-depth expertise in dynamic pricing, value-based pricing, segmentation, experimentation, and modeling.
- Proven experience in monetization in a market environment with high inventory levels and high liquidity.
- Strong experience in cross-functional collaboration with product management, data science, sales, and finance.
- Experience in developing and scaling subscription models and monetizing additional products.
- Proven successes in revenue growth, customer retention, and pricing innovation.
- Fluent German and English skills; experience in an European or international context is an advantage.
- Strategic thinking system with the ability to link customer behavior, product value, and revenue outcomes.
- Outstanding analytical and modeling skills.
- Possesses in-depth quantitative knowledge and a well-developed economic intuition.
- Communicates exceptionally, can influence at C-level, and drive collaboration in complex organizations.
- Pragmatic and implementation-oriented: Translates strategies into practical, commercial measures.
