CFO (Tech, SaaS, and/or CPG industries)

AVL Growth Partners is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with a strong background in investor/venture companies, particularly in SaaS & Software, Tech, and Consumer Packaged Goods. The ideal candidate will be able to translate financial data into actionable insights and provide strategic guidance to clients. The role involves building financial models, assisting with strategic planning, and managing Board of Directors meetings.

Requirements

• 10+ years in progressively responsible financial leadership roles
• Prior CFO experience with at least two companies
• Prior CFO experience with at least 2 industry areas
• Demonstrated experience working with investor/venture companies or start-ups
• Strong Accounting background, CPA (Active or Inactive) a plus
