Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification, or equivalent practical experience
- 4–6 years of experience in backend development with Java
- Solid experience with REST APIs, relational databases, and backend system architecture
- Interest in software architecture, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps practices (CI/CD, containerization, Infrastructure as Code)
- Structured approach to work with the ability to think holistically about technical topics
- Fast learner, comfortable picking up new technologies, domains, and problem spaces quickly
- Solution-oriented mindset with a feel for pragmatic, commercially sound decisions
- Strong communication skills in both German and English
