They are seeking a Junior Data Analyst to bridge the gap between raw information and actionable strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or Data Science.
- 3+ years of experience in an analytical role.
- Strong SQL skills (joins, aggregations, CTEs, window functions).
- Understanding of relational data models and analytics-friendly schemas.
- Basic knowledge of statistics and analytical reasoning.
- Experience working with data warehouses (e.g. BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, or similar).
- Ability to break down vague problems into structured analytical questions.
- Comfort validating data, questioning assumptions, and spotting inconsistencies.
- Curiosity to understand the “why” behind the numbers.
- Clear communication: able to explain data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Attention to detail without losing sight of business context.
- Willingness to learn and grow within a collaborative team.
