Requirements
- Develop a growth strategy, focusing on both financial gain and customer satisfaction to achieve sustainable business growth.
- Research and identify new business opportunities.
- Generate leads, cold call prospective customers and convert prospects into long-term clients.
- Understand and assess the needs of customers and develop tailored solutions to meet those requirements.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Conduct Store Checks and supervise the implementation of sales initiatives.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional activities.
- Monitor industry trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly to remain competitive.
- Planning and executing targeted sales campaigns to maximize revenue and market reach.
- Prepare detailed sales forecasts, conduct market analyses, and present findings to senior management
