Job Description
The Crème Shop is seeking an Associate Key Account Manager to manage and expand relationships with major retail and distribution partners in the beauty industry.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with prior experience in Account Management
- Minimum 2+ years of Sales experience within the cosmetics/beauty/skincare industry
- Strong understanding of the beauty space utilizing trends, account demographics & product information
- Successful negotiation skills with a results-driven approach
- Strategic approach to assortment selection with ability to expand brand
- Seamlessly navigate cross-functional communication and support the Sales Team
- Ability to address challenges and find solutions in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced working knowledge of different CRM and ERP
- Proficient in data reporting and analysis, with exposure to demand planning
- Proficient in administrative tasks and other assignments as required
