Job description
As a Procurement Specialist at Avon, you will lead sourcing activities across specialty chemical materials used in cosmetics, personal care, and fragrances throughout the Asia Pacific region. You will drive value by identifying cost-saving opportunities, improving sourcing processes, and strengthening supplier performance.
Leading strategic sourcing initiatives, from supplier selection through to contract negotiation, managing supplier relationships, and supporting sourcing operations by optimizing costs, pricing, and supply timelines.
A degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field, at least 3 years of procurement or sourcing experience in FMCG or a manufacturing environment, strong negotiation, supplier management, and project management skills.
