The Senior Amazon Online Growth Manager will lead the development and execution of business strategies to accelerate The Creme Shop's online growth on Amazon, focusing on sales, profitability, and brand equity.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in eCommerce, Digital Marketing or multichannel retail management
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Strong understanding of Amazon's business model, strategy and Amazon Vendor Central

Benefits

• Salary Range: $120,000 - $160,000.00 per year DOE
