The Marketing Liaison develops business partnerships and generates hospice admissions growth by making effective sales contacts, in-person calls, and presentations. The role serves as the agency staff liaison with physicians, facilities, healthcare professionals, and community referral sources.
Requirements
- Meets hospice admissions goals for assigned accounts on a monthly basis
- Develops, implements and evaluates monthly, quarterly, and annual territory plans to achieve growth goals and to implement agreed upon strategies and actions
- Develops business relationships with providers by making on average 50 effective sales calls and presentations per week to targeted referral sources
- Maintains professional knowledge of provider services and acts as liaison between referral sources and agency to communicate information about new products, programs, and service delivery
- Meets with families, as appropriate, to discuss hospice services, individual needs/concerns, and manage expectations
