What You Will Do

Create, edit, and maintain product documentation, including operating manuals, installation procedures, maintenance instructions, troubleshooting guides, and upgrade documentation. Work closely with engineers, technicians, and manufacturing teams to gather technical information and validate content for accuracy and usability.

Requirements

• Experience creating technical documentation for complex equipment, manufacturing processes, or other highly technical products
• Proficiency with Adobe FrameMaker, Adobe Experience Manager, content management systems, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience using CreoView or a comparable 3D CAD visualization tool
• Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly for multiple audiences
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple documentation projects
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional technical teams
