Legal Consultant - Financial Services Lawyer - Capital Markets Transactions

We are looking for experienced Legal professionals with Capital Markets Transactions experience to work with our Fortune 500 clients in Singapore. The role involves providing legal advice and guidance on all legal matters relating to the Transactional and Development Finance business in Asia.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of capital markets transactions across both public and private markets.
• Solid transactional experience working with SMEs, banks, and project managers to drive growth.
• Minimum 5–7 PQE, with flexibility up to 15 PQE.
• Experience in Project Financing is a significant advantage.
