AI Enablement Specialist

Role Overview

As the AI Enablement Specialist, you will lead the adoption, optimization, and scaling of the Axis internal AI tool and broader AI initiatives across the Americas region. You will collaborate closely with the global IT team and regional business leaders to ensure our AI roadmap aligns with Axis’s core values and strategic goals.

What You Will Do

Build and implement an AI enablement strategy, provide technical and operational support, develop user training sessions, and identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years in technology enablement, IT, Business Analysis, or Digital Transformation
• Understanding of generative AI mechanics, including prompt engineering and the ethical implications of AI
• Proficiency with Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or similar platforms)
• Focus on Large Language Models (LLMs) or AI integration a plus
• Familiarity with integrating AI into existing platforms (e.g., Power Automate, Salesforce, or Jira)
• Experience successfully creating and deploying AI agents
