Sales Development Lead

The Americas marketing team is seeking a highly strategic and inspirational Team Lead for our team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to spearhead the overall performance of Sales Development team to help us achieve our goals. The Sales Development Lead will play a critical role in leading a team of Sales Development Representatives, providing them with ongoing guidance, mentorship, and feedback.

Requirements

• Implement sales development strategies and processes
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams
• Analyze team performance metrics
• Conduct regular coaching and training sessions

• Act as a liaison between the SDR team and other departments
